INSTURCTIONS  

Project 2: Data Collection

In this project, we have came up with 3 ideas on how to collect the data:
  1. Survey
  2. Online Interview
  3. Online and or printed materials
With that decide, we then move onto the task distribution part:

After deciding which questions are appropriate and relevant, we want to ask our supervisor for some feedback. Ms Jinchi told us that it was nice and well-designed, it also helps with our later part of the project. With Ms Jinchi's feedback, we then shared it to our friends to help answer the questionnaire. 

While waiting for the response, we decide to conduct an email interview. Our guests for the interview is Fusion Wayang Kulit, Pak Dain and Dr. Ghulam-Sarwar. However, due to the unfortunate timing (Chinese New Year), we were unable to receive any response from them.

FEEDBACK 

For this project, our supervisor, Ms. Jinchi has given us really good feedbacks. She told us that the questionnaire looks good and well-designed, the question asked are relevant and important and the data for it would be very useful for when we execute our final design idea. Then she after watching our presentation and our slides, she told us that we should explain a bit on why we chose this method. For the isometric poster and the virtual showroom, they are both quite good. However, it would be better if we included a video of other existing virtual showroom in this stage will be better. For our presentation, we should start by recapping project 1, and the transition of each sections should be more smooth.
REFLECTION

I personally think that the duration for this project to be completed is quite short as it also bump into the Chinese New Year, and our groupmates and I were busy during those days. However, it is quite expected as this is a short semester and there isn't much time to spare for this part of the project. However, even so, I was quite glad that we were able to finish it in time. And due to the reason mentioned above, we were quite disappointed that we didn't manage to get any response for the email interview.

Fig 1.1; Reaper Test Game; sauce:  TDS Gamezone ; Although the graphic of this game does not feel as good as the other game in Gamezone. However, it is still nice as it uses simple shapes and design, the colors used in the game does not feel very out of place, the background also feels alright, but for my first time playing this game, I did not know about the environment of the game.
