INSTRUCTIONS
PROGRESSION
In this project, we are supposed to choose an app that we think it may not
be the best in terms of the interface design. After browsing through
multiple websites and Google Play Store. I have at first chose BBC news app,
however, the problem of the app isn't something that I have control over. So
after discussing my options with my lecturer, I have chosen the app
"Habitify".
After that, we are to make a proposal base on the app that we chose. First
of all, we need to conduct online interviews as well as surveys.

After collecting all the needed responses, I then started to make the
proposal. First of all, I listed out the main problems that the
respondents stated:
- Interface layout looks too cluttered
- Font Size is unfriendly to the eyes
- Lack of hierarchy
- Color schemes
Next, I started to do competitor analysis. I chose 3 similar function apps
to compare and contrast it. The apps that I have chosen are:
- Productive - Habit Tracker
- Habitica
- HabitHub

FEEDBACKS
General Feedbacks:
You got to have at least 50 respondents for the survey and 3 interviewees for the interview. Refer to the links provided on how to write HMW statements and S.W.O.T Analysis.
REFLECTIONS
In this project, I realized how important a proposal can be. By making a proposal out, your idea and thinking is much more clearer, I know what I need to do and what to focus on than just simply doing whatever. While the process of doing the proposal isn't difficult per se, but it's something you need to pay extra attention to. The part where I have to gather so many respondents in such a short time proves to be difficult to me considering how I do not know many people, and plus, sometimes people feel lazy to fill in surveys. However, after persuading people to share it to their friends and family, I finally got the results that I wanted. Overall, the process of the project is not that difficult that I could not keep up, but it is, nevertheless, a troublesome project.
